Summary:碩士 === 中華技術學院 === 機電光工程研究所碩士班 === 95 === The single slit diffraction theory and the laser with its peripheral instruments are studied in this paper, and to create a non-destructive method combined with real-time data feedback for measuring the deformation of the testing object. In this system, a non-destructive testing method for measuring deformation was established. Because it is easy to set up, not only can avoid the material to occur local hardness by traditional strain gage, but also don’t need to use the expensive equipments and data can immediately fetched. We will provide another powerful tool to analyze strain. In additional, it is also suitable for high-temperature operating environment. For example it can monitor warping caused by heat during COB process. Although the whole structure is simple, it somehow takes much room to operate on several conditions of various testing objects,occasions,procedures. Hence, reflection mirrors,optical lens and CCTV system will be got together in a place named image-captured box to be optimum better than the traditional technique.
