Description
Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系(所) === 95 === Theory of Constraints Supply Chain Replenishment System (TOC-SCRS) is a replenishment method of the TOC supply chain solution. The TOC-SCRS is now being implemented by a growing number of companies. The performance reported by these companies includes reduction of inventory level, increasing customer service levels, reduction of out-of-date goods, and quick response time. Inventory replenishment in TOC Supply Chain Solution is called TOC Supply Chain Replenishment System (TOC-SCRS). In TOC-SCRS, frequency of replenishment and replenishment time are known independent parameters, and replenishment quantity is the dependent parameter determined by these two independent parameters. When implementing this TOC-SCRS in plant or central warehouse, frequency of replenishment is equal to frequency of set up, and replenishment quantity is equal to product quantity. Both setting up and producing product need capacity, however, the capacity of plant is finite. Therefore, when the capacity of plant is not abundant, frequency of replenishment and replenishment time will be affected by replenishment quantity, and will encounter the conflict between frequency of replenishment and replenishment quantity. In this research, enhanced models for the TOC-SCRS under the constraints of plant capacity will be proposed to resolve the conflict mentioned above. The research provides three models to solve this problem, simulating and analyzing are also described.
