"The questionnaire for commercial high school teachers” was made by referring to relevant literature . In this questionnaire , job satisfaction was divided into ten categories : sense of achievement , interpersonal relationship , further study , salary , the job itself , principal's leadership , sense of being recognized , styles of administration , promotion , and working environment . The questionnaires were distributed to eleven commercial high schools in Kaohsiung , Pintung and other areas of Taiwan . The exploratory questionnaire was done ahead of the formal questionnaire . Total population is 825 teachers . By ways of random sampling , 290 teachers were selected as our Subjects to answer the questionnaires . The response rate was 89.7% . The finding of the study are summarized as follows: 1 . The job satisfaction reach to an average of 3.70 , which means most of the commercial high school teachers feel satisfied with their jobs . 2 . The most satisfactory aspects to the least satisfactory aspects are sorted as follows : interpersonal relationship , sense of achievement , the job itself , senses of being recognized , principal's leadership , working environment , salary , further study , promotion , styles of administration . 3 . The job itself gained the highest correlation among all aspects Of job satisfactory ; the next are principal ' 5 leadership and promotion . 4 . Among personal attributes , only "age" is going to influence job satisfactory. 5.
