Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 工業工程研究所 === 95 === The main objective of this research is to integrate the advantages of Push System and Pull System in order to advance “Integrating Push and Pull System for Production Activity Control-Sampling from the Printing Industry.” This model has two major segments, which are “Define the Junction Point (JP) of Push/Pull Production” and “Six Steps of Integrating Push/ Pull System”. Exercising the concept of Drum-Buffer-Rope (DBR) of Theory of Constraint (TOC) to schedule customer’s orders, move production by Pull model method and then connect with Push model to reduce the lead-time of customer’s orders and WIP of the production line. This research has executed successfully in a foreign Printing Industry. By running the real data with simulate software of eM-Plant, it proves the benefit of this model and reach the goal to reduce the lead-time of the orders and the quantity of WIP.
