Monomer diamine and stabilizer were dissolved in polymerization medium then slowly added Monomer dianhydride with different kinds stabilizer of then disperse homogeneously and polymerization in homogenizer at constant temperature. After completely polymerization, poly(amic acid) particles solution can be obtained。 By changing the kinds stabilize and reaction condition, the effects on the particles size、morphology and thermal properties were investigated. The stable polymerization system to prepare monodisperse poly(amic acid) particles can be found from this study。 From the experimental results, we can get better particle morphology with uniform by using SDS and PVP as stabilizer ; the diameter of poly(amic acid) particles increased with increasing the total amount of dianhydride monomer and diamine monomer.
