Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 化學研究所 === 95 === The product of sol-gel reaction can be transformed to densefilm or monoliths through certain process and sometime the monoliths can also be changed into porous material via proper extraction. If the adjustment of condition parameter or procedure can result in different outlined and dimensioned porous material, it will be a proper material for filling in capillary column. Based on the observation on the morphology of packing column in different process, we are able to obtian the most proper procedure for making stationary phase of capillary electrochromatography . Moreover, by adding phenyl substance in the sol-gel reaction, the stationary phase of bonding phenyl group occurred is achieved . A series of material is used in order to analyses examine the bonding ability of phenyl group on the sol-gel monolith. The separation and retention behaviors of several phenyl compounds on the sol-gel CEC column was examined. The influence of the morphology of the sol-gel stationary phase on the separation was also evaluated of the tested compounds.
