The methodology of this research was mainly a questionnaire survey. The questionnaires employed here were “The questionnaire of Junior High School Principal’s Leadership on Teachers’ Job Stress ” . The questionnaires were administered by the network platform. Four hundred and fifty-five teachers were sampled from Junior High Schools in Taoyuan County by stratified random sampling method. The return rate was 74% and the usable rate was 66% ; therefore, 299 teachers participated in the present study. The analysis were based on X2 and ANOVA. The findings are as the following: 1. Most teachers could perceive their principal’s leaderships in various ways. It showed that Principals’ leadership were multidimensional. 2. The most frequent type of principals’ leaderships were Harmonious (66%), Democratic (69%), Caring (69%) for three orientations (public relations, power manipulation, task completion). 3. The teachers’ perception of principals’ leadership styles were not related to the teachers’ background variables. 4. The teachers’ perception of principals’ leadership styles were not related to the schools’ background variables except the length of schools built. 5. Significant differences were partially found between teachers with various demographic variables regarding job’s stress they perceived. 6. Significant differences were partially found between teachers with various school variables regarding job’s stress they perceived. 7.
