The recent years motor's power consumption of the motor has nearly occupied the whole country power consumption above 70%.The electricity power used for the refrigerators and air-condition systems occupied the most major part in the summer livelihood of the people uses electricity power. As the economic enlarging and the national living standard improving, the requirement of the refrigerators and air-condition devices are increasing quickly. However, it is not easy to expand the power station every year because the environmental consciousness is been noticed. Therefore, the primary topic of improving the power factor to reduce the power consumption demand is to develop a high-efficiency frozen air-condition system. This article selects the refrigerator as the test experiment. Our research project is the refrigerator of the air-condition system. We use the Taguchi Method to control the inverter compressor and damper to form the stable-temperature control system. The refrigerator system mainly contains the compressor, the refrigerating room ventilator, the damper, and the temperature sensor. We used the Taguchi methods to test the system and to analyze system characteristics and to design the control parameters by the experiment result. The speed of cooling room fans, the opening rate of damper, the temperature sensor position and the cold room opening time are chosen as the control factors. We used different rotating speed to operate the compressor motor and cooling room fan and controlled the cool airflow by the damper opening rate as shown in the orthogonal arrays to find the influences of these factors by the time for the system reaching a stable-temperature result. This article is carries on the Taguchi method to design the experiment for the refrigerator system. It shown the testing sequence would be reduced, the influences of different factors were also been found and we could design the control system by the system parametric analysis.
