Leadership style is one of the important elements that effect the job satisfaction of employees. To inspire the employees fulfill themselves and promote their job satisfaction, leaders should adapt applicative leadership behavior. Over the last decade and a half, transformational leadership put emphasis on vision, and development of the individual empowerment and challenging traditional assumptions has become a popular model of leadership in business organizations. Hence researcher proceeds with the research of the relationship among the transformational leadership and employees’ job satisfaction in Plastic Industry. Add up to issue 300 of questionnaires, and there are 289 of effective questionnaires of the actual recycling. (Effective rate of recycling is 96.33%). And the research uses the canonical correlation and the multiple regression analysis method of the SPSS software, to identify whether the transformational leadership and employees’ job satisfaction have relations of significant influences. The research findings are following: 1.Transformational leadership to have obvious influence to employees’ job satisfaction. 2.Employees of different attribute have significant relations on employees’ job satisfaction. According to the result of studies, giving the suggestions to the enterprise field and the academic circles manage an actual situation and put forward studies in the future.
