To be an outstanding learning organization, the organization has to have learning capabilities in creating, capturing, storing, sharing, and applying organizational knowledge. Hence researcher proceeds with the research of between Intellectual Capital and Organizational Learning Performance in Electronic Technology Industry in Taiwan. Add up to issue 300 of questionnaires, and there are 282 of effective questionnaires of the actual recycling. (Effective rate of recycling is 94%). And the research uses the canonical correlation and the multiple regression analysis method of the SPSS software, to identify whether the Intellectual Capital and Organizational Learning Performance have relations of significant influences. The research findings are following: 1.Intellectual Capital to have obvious influence to Organizational Learning Performance 2.Employees of different attribute have a part of significant discrepancies on organizational learning performance. To get the result from T and One-way ANOVA examine. According to the result of study, giving the suggestions to the enterprise field and the academic circles manage an actual situation and put forward studies in the future.
