Those changes include: Holding Finance law allowing “Bancassurance” operation for insurance companies, securities houses and banks, traditional premium adjustment and prevalence of Universal Variable Life(UVL). Facing the adjustment, how do life insurance sales agents transfer themselves into the new roles as problem solver rather than sales drivers. The study is to conduct a qualitative analysis to investigate The performance of “topic marketing” Strategy affecting on both institutional and individual customers’ perception about the life insurance products.
