A healthy ecosystem or the environment should be have enliven the productive forces, but of biological tissue the long-term maintenance integrity and has facing the pressure or the destruction restores ability rapidly. Along with the science and technology and the humanities development, the humanity also increases regarding the river influence and the disturbance along with it. The industrialization urban environment, built-up district urban draining water and so on, causes the entire environment to be under the impact. Change along with all around environment and the development, the river water quality, the water volume have the obvious change by the upstream to the downstream; Humanity''s development disturbs and destroys, once is unable in the supplies water or riparian the plant survival needs, in the river ecological environment producer then no longer has the production function, will cause in the ecosystem all levels of consumers also difficult to survive. The river inside and outside environment has originally therefore the life also gradually loses, is similar to ''morbid state'' or ''condition of the ill health''. How therefore causes the river environment to become the human and the nature common habits or the life space, and enables it to continue forever to develop causes into the attention topic. Has hastened maturely research according to various rivers ecological environment quality and the ecology integrity, this research attempts from the existing river to habit the quality appraisal theory and the method, the landscape ecology element and correlation of research in the ecology of integrity, further discusses already the man-power urban river. Penetrates ''the river environment healthy'' appraisal construction, focuses the urban river environment health or not, then will provide the future urban river ecology cicada chrysalis reference and the improvement basis. The findings showed that,The appraisal construction contains two levels, its target stratum is “habits urban of river the health”, the first level includes “the water quality”, “the morphology”, “vegetation” and “the disturbance” and so on four items, the second level is “the ammonia nitrogen” and “the turbidity” and so on 17 items. The findings showed the urban river habits shore of water region the place for the health sensitive area.
