With the help of such statistical methods as t-test for independent samples, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s method, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and multiple stepwise regression, the data collected are then analyzed.. Based on the result of the statistical analysis, has the following conclusions: 1.Learning adaptation fairly well; academic achievement is at a disadvantage. 2.Learning adaptation as a result of the differences in gender, socio-economic status, Chinese proficiency; maternal participation.Academic achievements are:gender, preschool education, socio-economic status, and maternal participation. 3.Learning adaptation is in positive proportion to the academic achievement. 4.Gender, socio-economic status, education, jobs, and preschool education, the learning adaptation on the part of the subjects can be accurately predicted. 5.Different variances can be predict the academic achievement precisely. Based on the findings, the researcher presents his suggestions to the authorities concerned and relevant schools as follows: 1.Primary education programs for foreign spouses should be carried on so that multiple learning channels may be offered to them. 3. Established the lifelong learning system. 4.More funds should be granted to relevant schools and social education institutions. 5.The approval criteria governing “the Educational Priority Project”. 6.Graduate schools of education should design courses centered on multiple cultures. 8. A friendly learning environment shall be set up where learning adaptability. 7. Parental education should be reinforced to enhance parents’ ability to teach. 6. Love shall be the spirit of education; each disadvantaged child will be well-treated. 9.Analysis the factors detrimenta individual differences should be greatly emphasized and personalized or after-school guidance. 10.
