碩士 === 致遠管理學院 === 教育研究所 === 95 === The purposes of this study were to investigate the styles of principals’ leadership and teachers’ campus culture and the relationship between each other. The subjects were 283 junior high school teachers in Tainan City and Tainan County. The” Principals’ Leadership Rating Scale” (PLRS) and the “Teachers’ campus culture Iventory” (TCCI)were conducted. The main findings were as follows: 1.There were five styles of principals’ leadership : (1) excellent leading；(2)positively pursuing ; (3) exactly conducting ; (4) gradually adjusting (5) conservatively preserving. There were no significant differences in principals’ leadership styles between junior high schools in Tainan City and Tainan County. 2.There were five styles of teachers’ campus culture : (1) high-quality; (2)positively participating ; (3) value-oriented ; (4) cooperative (5) insufficient involvement . There were no significant differences in teachers’ campus culture styles between junior high schools in Tainan City and Tainan County. 3.There was significant correlation between principals’ leadership and teachers’ campus culture.
