Recently, many scholars make studies on knowledge management that trend to establish the knowledge management system or evaluate knowledge management performance. This study takes the implement of total quality management ISO 9000) to apply to the process of knowledge management. The purpose of this research is to discuss the feasible scheme of TQM process apply to knowledge management and find the affect of the management process. The study uses the AHP method to confirm hierarchical framework, and find the effect and significance of ISO in point of four processes of knowledge management. According to the result of results analysis, it will helpful to organizations to implement the optimum of knowledge management in the limited resources situation.
