Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 運動事業管理學系 === 95 === The purpose of this study was to reveal the characteristics of demographic variables, participation, participative motivation and member satisfaction of Taekwondo training hall in Chang-Hua County. In addition, it tried to compare the differences among those members’ demographic variables on participative motivation, member satisfaction and participative behavior. Two hundred and twenty four members of the Taekwondo training hall in Chang-Hua County served as the subjects of this study. Descriptive statistics (including frequency distribution percentage, mean and standard deviation.) T-test, one-way ANOVA, and scheffe method were utilized for data analysis. Within the scope of the study, it was concluded that: 1.The ratio of male members was slight higher than female members; the major of members were between 13 to 15 years old; most of them studied in the junior high schools; their family incomes were mostly between NT$40001 to NT$60000 per month. Besides, their learning periods were mostly between 1 to 2 years. 2.The major participative motivations were “learning the skills of Taekwondo” and “developing the healthy body”. The item of member satisfaction was “companions relationship”, and the item of dissatisfaction was “the environment of learning place”. 3.Significant differences were found in members’ participative motivation, satisfaction and behavior at their demographic variables.
