Five hundred thirty members of the stadium in Chang-hua county served as the subjects of this study. The three instruments that were used are Field Quality Inventory, Continuous Participation Inventory and Sense of Well-Being Inventory. Descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation and Regression were utilized for data analysis. Within the scope of the study, it was concluded that: 1. Significant differences were found in members’ field quality of gender, age ,marriage, children, career, and income on average at their demographic variables. 2.Significant differences were found in members’ continuous participation of gender, age ,marriage, children, career, and income on average at their demographic variables. 3. Significant differences were found in members’ sense of well-being of gender, age ,marriage, children, career, and income on average at their demographic variables. 4.Field quality has positive correlation with continuous participation. 5. Continuous participation has positive correlation with sense of well-being. According to the analyzing results, this research provides some suggestions for the stadium in Chang-hua county as well as administrative institutions, and expects to have benefits on people’s daily life.
