Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 休閒事業管理學系碩士班 === 95 === The purposes of this research is to explore the influence factors that will promote the volunteer continuous to participant Voluntary Service. This research is based on judgmental sampling, taking the volunteers of the 25 Care Facilities to legislate through the Ministry of Interior approved in Taiwan, with mail questionnaires. 378 out of 635 questionnaires were returned, total of the effective sampling were 301.
All returned questionnaires were statistically analyzed with Descriptive statistic, Reliabilty test, T-test, One Way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, and Hierarchical Regression Analysis method. The findings are as follows:
1. The continuous to participant have significant part of differences based on volunteers’ social-demographic characteristics.
2. The age, period of service, personality, motivation for participation, and the job satisfaction were significantly correlated to participation continually.
3. The significant forecast factors which result in volunteers continuous to participant Voluntary Service were conscientiousness personality, neuroticism personality, motivation of feedback the society, motivation of learning and growth, satisfaction of feedback, and satisfaction of work attribute.
