The aim of Toyota production system tries to thoroughly eliminate interior waste and proceed with any kinds of cost- down activities. Many enterprises in Taiwan have tried to use Toyota production system to reform their interior business. Here are the four techniques Toyota used: concept revolution, 5S activities, standard production and Jidoka are subjects generally researched by the academy. However, since this is a practically operated system instead of a complete academic theory, hence it has some proper difficulties to manage the essence of successfully practicing and there are certain amounts of failed results. As a result, this research project tries to investigate the essence, the implication and the condition of Toyota production system, presenting its practical experience on production line and analyzing its procedure and techniques in different characters by a practical case of bicycle industry.
