| Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 公共政策所 === 95 === The purpose of this research is to study the influence of the military instructor leadership styles on organization efficiency.By finding out the real factors which affect the organization efficiency, it will be possible to promote the efficiency on the administration ability of the chief military instructor and will improve the relative business development of student affairs.This study employs abundant questionnaire surveys of common military staff and a few interviews from the chief military instructors in the middle school. First according to the research strategy and the research structure, we compile the methods of the study which include a survey.The samples of the study are the middle schools of Changhwa County. A total of 21 schools including 114 military staffs and chief military instructors are given surveys. The major statistical techniques were Percentage, Mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation. The purpose of the study is as the following:
A: Performing the presentation analysis of the chief military instructor leadership efficiency at the middle school of Changhwa County.
B: By discussing the variety of the organization efficiency, military instructor population percentage, and the leadership of the chief instructor respectively, we could gain conclusions as the following：
1. Almost all military instructors of Changhwa
County belong to both highly initiating and
considerate leadership styles. The instructors’
perception in organization efficiency is positive.
2. There were significant differences in the
military instructors'' perception leadership
styles in terms of the instructors’ sex, age,
marital status, past service, duty, academic
degree.
3. There were no significant differences in the
military instructors'' perception leadership
styles in terms of school background variables.
4. There were significant differences in the
leadership styles of directors of the student
affairs in terms of the directors’ age, past
service, academic degree, but no significant
differences in terms of the directors’ sex,
marital status.
5. There were significant differences in the
instructors'' perception organization
efficiency in some instructors '' terms including
the teachers'' age, marital status, past service,
duty, academic degree, but no significant
differences in terms of the instructors’ sex.
6. There were no significant differences in the
military instructors '' perception organization
efficiency in terms of school background
variables.
7. There were significant differences in the
organization efficiency in terms of the
instructors’age, past service, academic degree,
but no significant differences in terms of the
directors’sex, marital status.
8. There was positive correlation between directors''
leadership styles and organization efficiency.
C：According to the results of this study, the researcher make some suggestions for directors of the student affairs, and to give some suggestions for the future study of administrative organization for middle schools fellow researchers.
