碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 保險所 === 95 === Traditional insurance policy channels have their own insufficiencies in providing optimal-solution products to their customers. Insurance companies as well as banking services are sometimes low in motivation in providing holistic and non-judgmental product information to customers. While smaller insurance agents, owing to less assets and resources available, are incapable to provide such services. Therefore, an integrated information system to solve the aforementioned problems is needed. It is the purpose of this study to develop an integrated information system utilizing ASP in the internet. The system was constructed through the integration of insurance domain knowledge, and information technologies, such as Work Flow, CRM, DATA Mining, BI（BI，Business Intelligence）, and Security. The system was demonstrated to achieve a good fit in procedures and functions to the insurance industry.
