Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 紡織工程所 === 95 === The impact and compression after impact behavior has been investigated. The honeycomb sandwich panels were processed by Resin Film Infusion (RFI) technique. The skin of sandwich structure is composed by glass fiber woven, and core is paper honeycomb. Soaked in resin solution, the resin content of the core is 52 %, 57 %, 62 %, and 67 % respectively. The thickness of resin film is 0.38 mm, 0.48 mm, and 0.58 mm. The results show that impact load increase with increasing thickness of resin film and resin content. When resin film is 0.58 mm, the impact load is the highest. When resin film is 0.48 mm, the absorption of impact energy exhibited the highest. When resin content is 57 %, the absorption of impact energy is the highest. The damage shape after impact is pyramidal. And the main failure mode after compression is delamination.
