Through the assessable manner of traditional capital budget to understand the feasibility of the investitive project. In the event, discovering that when using the mode of net present value to assess the investitive project, it is profoundly effected by cash flows and the calculation of weighted average cost of capital. The variation of weighted average cost of capital and net present value is opposite. If weighted average cost of capital is bigger , than net present value is smaller. In contract, if weighted average cost of capital is smaller, than net present value is bigger. Lastly, in this thesis, the calculation of net present value of capital budget project is 129 millions per stock, and Internal Rate of Return is 34.06%. It shows the capital budget project has the feasible value of investment. To sum up, the calculation of capital budget has involved a good deal of unsure events; therefore, this investigation suggests the investors have to consider the variation of each calculated parameter which may effect the capital budget project.
