| Summary: | 碩士 === 佛光大學 === 公共事務學系 === 95 === Our government introduced the 「public business」 for more than 50 years，it is the way for the government to increase their wealth of source. The government announcement 地方制度法 in 1999 to encouragement the local government to do the public business. The government should devote the public business to earn enough money for there own policy.
The thesis expects to understand the management condition of the public business in parking lot. And researching how to choice their management ways of the business for making more money. So this thesis has four following research purposes ：
1. To understand the system and the rules of the public business.
2. To understand the management ways of the public business.
3. To research the best way of the public business to make more money.
4. In the instances of the Sanchong City, the Tucheng City, and the Lotong Town Goverment，to propose the best method of the public business in parking lot.
This thesis use the data analysis method，observation method, and comparison method to research the system and the rules of the public business. By Visiting and discussing with the supervisors to know the advantages and the defects of the public business. Finally, this thesis provides suggestions of the public business for the other government offices according to the research.
