Summary:碩士 === 佛光大學 === 未來學系 === 95 === Dung-Hsing OBs & Gyn clinic set up duning the time of Labor insurance, government employee insurance, former insurances, in March 1st 1991, located at No. 102 Shing Dung Road Lo-Dung Town, I-Lan County. 4 years later NHI launched in 1995 and Global Budget implented in 2001 for all clinics. Moreover the baby bust came in the recent 10years, all these events create a great impact for the medical practitioners, expecially for OBs & Gyn clinics. However as one of the number of Taiwan clinics, we not only have to face such changing and challenge in the medical services career we choose. Moreover, we have to help these who came to our clinics and to promote the quality of medical service to provide them with better out come matter how difficulty time in our career. The purposes of our study are, as follows: (A) the first is to accomplish our government in favor of the patients. (B) The second is to improve the health of our nation through the projects of NHI for all the people. (C) The third is the promotion of our medical services, medical science, and medical technology. This study used quantitative, non-experimental, correlation, and explanatory research design. The target population of this study included the doctors who provided medical services, all employees who work for Dung-Hsing, and out patients who visit our clinic and inpatients admitted to ward. Literature review, research design, finding, conclusion, and suggestions for future researched were also discussed.
