The conformations of peptides are considered as one of the key factors for absorption effect. Therefore, molecular imprinting was introduced to enhance the conformations of peptides. The result showed the imprinted molecular holes would improve the absorption effect between butyric acid and peptides as well as differentiate well-absorbed samples from poor-absorbed ones. Besides, the imprinted peptides showed higher sensitivity than non-imprinted peptides. It was indicated that the imprinted peptides enhanced specificity and sensitivity. The imprinted peptide library can be used in gas-phase biosensor without polymer formalization. Gao,Heau-Shan 高華生 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 103 zh-TW
