More and more industries start to think how to use radio frequency identification well in the process to reduce the cost, and to become a leader in their fields The industry of medical care also thinks how to use RFID well. When everyone thinks how to use RFID, you should think whether RFID is suitable in the medical field? This study probes into the factors which include system quality, information quality, former experience, management support could influence the constructs of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, intension to use, system usage, and user satisfaction, RFID system or not. This research result, investigates the acceptance, satisfaction and actual implementation of the experts in the hospitals in Taiwan. According to the study, the experts who used RFID system are satisfied with the effectiveness of RFID system. RFID system not only can make them work more effectively, and reduce the error rate and working time, but also can save more mental and physical efforts and treat patients much better.
