However, we seldom discuss how the learner’s inner change of learning within PBLSince most graduate nursing students had great clinical experiences, it is worthyTo research how the PBL influences them. The study is to investigate the graduate nursing students’ experience and self-growth through PBL. Method: This study applied phenomenological approach. The research design mainly focus On the process of these graduate participants learning process of PBL , including the manifest description and reflection of PBL. The participants were all first-year graduate nursing students who had learned PBL at a university. The method was「Purposive Sampling」.The data was collected by a semi-structure interview of their experience of learning PBL. Every participant’s verbal expression and non-verbal cue were analyzed. In Colaizzi’s phenomenological research, it showed two different dimensions—「Self-identification transforming process」 and 「Building Alliance」. 「Self-identification transforming process」 included imprisonment、conflict、insight and accomplishment. 「Building Alliance」 included Pre-contemplation、conflict、contemplation and accommodation. Conclusion: The study aimed to understand the participants’ inner transformation、 reflection 、self-identification and working alliance through learning. Hopefully, they will increase their abilities of self –awareness to the process of requiring knowledge and facilitating their peer- study . Moreover, every student can make a learning valuable and meaningful. Finally, the result showed PBL was much valuable in graduate students’ learning. It can added to nursing clinical experience and also guide further research on teaching program Shu Jen Shiau 蕭淑貞 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 105 zh-TW |
