We can analyze the difference of coach leadership behavior and team cohesion from number of variables that we can describe the state of play and characterization. To research the 167 soccer players in Taipei county (using the table of coach leadership behavior and team cohesion) that we can find: 1.The analysis of coach leadership behavior of the soccer players in Taipei County. We can find that “Training and Instruction Behavior” get the highest score; secondly, “Learn and Countenance Behavior” and “Democratic Behavior”; “Autocratic Behavior” gets the lowest score. The analysis of team cohesion that we can find “Teamwork” get the highest score; secondly, “Interpersonal Congeniality” and “Team Adaptation”; “Interpersonal Congeniality” gets the lowest score. 2.The analysis of the diverseness of coach leadership behavior from different forms of the soccer players in Taipei County that we can find “Grade” in “Democratic Leadership Behavior” have significant difference.“ Frequency of Training" in “Training and Instruction Behavior” has significant difference." Length with the coach” in “Autocratically Behavior” have significant difference. 3. The analysis of the diverseness of team cohesion from different forms of the soccer players in Taipei County that we can find “Grade” in “Teamwork”; “Team Adaptation” Frequency of training" in “Team Adaptation”; “ the frequency of formal contest" in “Interpersonal Attraction” have significant difference. 4. Different coach leadership behavior can make different team cohesion. “Autocratic Behavior” has the lowest correlation to the team cohesion.
