According to the questions, we use AHP (Analysis Hierarchical Process) to look for the critical successful factors of holding international sport games in Taiwan. Through the advice of seven sport games experts and analysed the related document, here are the main findings and suggestions are advanced as follows: I. The critical successful factors of holding (comprehensive) international sport games in Taiwan. According to the related document and the experts informal discussion, we find out the indicator of the critical successful factors of holding (comprehensive) international sport games in Taiwan, and use the AHP to complete the AHP questionnaire. Beside we utilize the Delphi Method and interview with sport games experts to help us complete the research. In accordance with the result, we find the most important evaluative indicator is “politics and society”, then, “economics”, then, “environment and facilities”, and the last is “law and security”. The sequences of scheduling are 0.4963, 0.2093, 0.2076, and 0.0867. According to priority, the critical successful factors are “political situation”, “political application”, “holding experience”, “sponsorship plan”, “financial plan”, “government stance”, “environmental protection plan”. II. The critical successful factors of holding (an individual event) international sport games in Taiwan. According to the results, the experts think the most important evaluative indicator in holding an individual sport games in Taiwan is “economics”, then “politics and society”, then “environment and facilities”, and the last is “law and security”. The sequences of scheduling are 0.3773, 0.3272, 0.1824, and 0.1131. According to priority, the critical successful factors are “financial plan”, “sponsorship plan”, “holding experience”, “promote activities”, “benefits analysis” “political situation”, and “security system”. III. This research uses the questionnaires and Delphi Method to combine these options of the critical successful factors of holding international sport games in Taiwan from the experts; furthermore, the research uses the AHP to range the indicator in turn.
