First, we want to know the relationships among five different conflict solution ways, information sharing, and employee creativity in the tourist hotels. Second, we want to explore mediation effect of information sharing between five different conflict solution ways and employee creativity. Third, we want to investigate moderation effect of Personality between five different conflict solution ways and employee creativity. Finally, we also join the manager to comment creativity of the employee, and want to compare with employee creativity and the manager to comment creativity of the employee. The sample for this study contains 171 employee questionnaires and 57 managers were fully completed, 57 teams were collected. First, this results show that integrating and compromising of conflict solution ways positively to information sharing, compromising of conflict solution way positively to employee creativity and the manager to comment creativity of the employee, information sharing positively to employee creativity and the manager to comment creativity of the employee. Second, information sharing completely mediates the relationship between integrating of conflict solution way and employee creativity, and information sharing partially mediates the relationship between compromising of conflict solution way and employee creativity. Finally, the personality is low neuroticism strengthens the relationship between integrating of conflict solution way and the manager to comment creativity of the employee.
