Soon Taiwan EMS firms also encounter the vicious cycle of reducing price, therefore, it is important to think deeply and seek for more advanced strategy to retain the advantages.
The purpose of this project is to propose how Taiwan EMS firms to enter the blue ocean instead of competing red ocean. The related literature will be reviewed in order to find the basic elements of establishing and managing EMS firms. Then from the points, DSC industry will be analyzed to find the key successful factor; and Taiwan former three EMS firms’ resource and capability will be compared to find blue ocean strategy that based on Ability Enterprise.
The completion of this project can provide a different strategy for the domestic enterprises. It can also be used as the basis for further study about other management issues of DSC EMS firms.
