The measured operating frequency range is 4.206~4.473GHz. At 4.47 GHz, the measured phase noise is -122.1 dBc/Hz @ 1MHz offset and the F.O.M. is -186.6 dBc/Hz. The supply voltage is 1V and the power consumption is 7.1mW. The measured tuning range is 267 MHz.
