Summary:碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 社會福利學系碩士班 === 95 === This research is aim to explore the present situation of the working pressure of police personnel in the basic level, the experience of seeking for helps and the consulting system of Teacher Kuan, as well as the willingness of asking for helps. The above research topics are expected to be the reference of a design and plan of the consulting and guidance system for police personnel in the future. The methodology in the research is applied the questionnaire survey for data collection and the research object is the police personnel below the rank of one line and four stars (including the rank of one line and four stars) serving in the police station of Hsinchu City. The research measurement is by designing the form to elaborate the willingness of consulting and guidance system by Teacher Kuan, then to estimate the working pressure of police personnel, the experience and willingness of asking for helps. The research will be discussed and proceeded the comparison to make the conclusion by the various analysis, including descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, relevance analysis, regression analysis and so on. The main research results are listed afterwards. Research Hypotheses: it shows significant relevance of the following factors, the works of police personnel in the basic level, the experience of asking for helps, the organization structure of the consulting and guidance system, the professional training of consulting personnel, the location of consulting and guidance, and the willingness of asking for helps. Results of Data Analysis: the above five hypotheses are all significant relevance, so we conclude the assumptions are sustained.
