The researcher used the instrument which included “the Parents’ Marital Relationship Scales ” , “the Family Atmosphere Scales” , “ the Parent-child Interaction Scales”, “the Parenting Styles Scales”, “ the Parents’ Involvement Scales”, and “the Life Adaptability Scales”. The research adopted purposive sampling to select 200 foreign spouses’ children from fourth-grade to sixth-grade in the Public Elementary Schools of Hsien-chu county and city in the academic year of 94. Two hundred were distributed and 160 valid questionnaires were collected. On the side, the researcher also adopted randomization sampling to select the control group with 200 local spouses’ children from fourth-grade to sixth-grade in the Public Elementary Schools of Hsien-chu county and city in the academic year of 94. Two hundred were distributed and 160 valid questionnaires were collected. Data were analyzed by, pair t-tests, Multi-Factor Analysis of Variation, Pearson Correlation, and Stepwise Regressions. The results were summarized as follows: 1. The research found that the family structure, the parents’ marital relationship, the family atmosphere, the parent-child interaction, the parenting styles, the parents’ involvement, and the personal adjustment, the family adjustment, the school adjustment, the interpersonal adjustment, the life adjustment of the foreign spouses’ children were bad than the local spouses’ children. The difference of the parents’ marital relationship was the most significant in the all variables. 2. The research found that the parents’ marital relationship, the father-child interaction, the parents’ involvement and the all kinds of the life adjustment of the foreign spouses’ children in middle family of social position were better than the foreign spouses’ children in low family of social position. 3. The research found that the level of parents’ education was affect the personal adjustment, the family adjustment and life adjustment of the foreign spouses’ children. However, mother usually was the caretaker of children, so the level of mother’s education was more important than the level of father’s education. 4. Considering the correlation between the family of social position and the family variables, the research found that the life adjustment of foreign spouses’ children was affected by the family of social position and the parents’ marital relationship, the family of social position and the family atmosphere, the family of social position and the mother-child interaction. 5. The research found that the life adjustment of foreign spouses’ children was effected by the family structure, the parents’ marital relationship, the parenting styles and the parents’ involvement. 6. In the family variables of foreign spouses’ children, their family structure, parents’ marital relationship, parent-child interaction, parenting styles and parents’ involvement these five variables go to the right side that their life adjustment will be better. 7. The foreign spouses’ children have more harmonious family atmosphere that their family adjustment will being better. 8. The father-child interaction, parenting styles and family structure could significantly predict foreign spouses’ children’s life adjustment. These variables had high explanation on the predictability of foreign spouses’ children’s life adjustment, it could account for 40% variances of life adjustment. According to the study result, the research provided concrete suggestions to be proposed to related organizations as academic reference.
