The QFD method can supply production department to deeply understand customers’ requirements and then manufacture products which let customers satisfied. When investigate customers opinions, the obtained information is sometimes fuzzy or vague. Thus, it will take research workers spend a lot of time to transform fuzzy information into numerical data. In the translation process, the customers’ opinions may be misunderstood. Therefore, we develop a fuzzy QFD model to transform customer’s requirements into technology’s requirements. In addition, the customer’s requirements usually exist hierarchy framework and affect to each other. An ANP model can not only consider the interdependent relationships between customer’s requirements but also consider their feedback relationships. Therefore, this research attempts to combine both QFD and ANP to improve the weakness of QFD. This research develops a complete Fuzzy QFD method which can overcome the shortcomings of the previous studies. The proposed model not only considers customer’s requirements and company’s requirements but also considers the dependence and feedback relationships between customer’s requirements and technology’s requirements. Finally, a real-world case has been employed to illustrate the proposed fuzzy QFD method. The proposed method can provide enterprises a useful tool to evaluate the importance of technology’s requirements while developing new products. Furthermore, it can enhance the product competence in the market.
