Women are because of the puzzlement on the disease or the appearance, and turn to a plastic surgeon for help, the plastic operation case of decorating its breast increases day by day. In recent years, breast plastic operation has already been developed to the peak, though this kind of operation has no effect on life, but still need the realm that superior and exquisite technology can become perfect. Because it is the facelift of the breast hypoplasia that it is most common to have a facelift in the surgery, so this research is studied to the integrated type of such relevant breasts. The plastic surgeon makes use of the form, size and position of the breast to judge whether it is symmetrical or not on clinic, but there is no scientific parameter to differentiate auxiliary at present, all the discrimination of the subjectivity on the vision. This research will utilize 3D laser scanning machine to cooperate with the software for editing of 3D image, to make full-scale image of 3D digit of the breasts of women. And then change the size of breast, form and position into the physical parameter in computer aided design(CAD)system. Set up the model of finite element entity of this breast, is used to imitate and assess the form change after the breast operation. Assessment mould group developed in this research, the main purpose is used for plastic operation and can be regarded as the assessment basis before and after operation, make the plastic operation of the breast receive the best result. And offer an objective assessment way, can imitate result after the operation in front of operation, in order to improve the accuracy of medical treatment, reduce the production of the medical dispute.
