In addition, the environment for Incubating man resources and researching professional techniques is well-provided by the academic field, so the semi-conducting industry is well-developed. Within the early period of development, semi-conducting manufacture was mainly aimed at IDM (Integrated Device Manufacture). Driven by confronting a great amount of demand of devices from global markets and pressure on competition in industrial environment, professional foundry industry has thus emerged. The developmental structure of foundry industry is a kind of extremely complex system, so System Dynamics is applied to this research. In Taiwan, for example, we probe into the developmental structure of professional foundry industry and advance 5 systemic roles, constructing a qualitative model after the integration of information, which would increase the understanding toward the development of professional foundry industry. The research indicates that the development of professional foundry industry in Taiwan is mainly ascribed to the interaction among the 5 systemic roles—supply and demand in markets, industrial groups, policies of government, development of research and human resources. As a result, the influences of these 5 systemic roles on the development of industry are analyzed in this research. Jie-Shin Lin Yuan-che Hsiao 林皆興 蕭元哲 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 77 zh-TW |
