碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理研究所碩士班 === 95 === Abstract After Taiwan joins WTO, as a result of business environment''s fast vicissitude, along with the economical liberalization, the internationalization and the customer demand''s diversification, the enterprise is facing the unprecedented impact and the challenge now.In order to understand that enterprise''s transport business condition and the resources effective utilization, and the conformity various departments information and exterior fast serviceability, gains the immediate information as management decision, the enterprise must construct the information system, therefore enterprise resources plan system (Enterprise Resource Planning; ERP) then arises at the historic moment. May cause enterprise''s all resources fast entire cooperation best utilization by this system, improves enterprise''s management achievements, and maintains its competitive power. Because in the past regarding enterprise resources plan system (ERP) how does the research concentrate mostly in effective inducts the ERP system and inducts the key success factor the domain to come up the discussion analysis, raises the investment return rate. But these research and the investigation little really pay attention to the ERP application the degree and the system connotation have what factor to meet positive influence ERP research of the result. Therefore, this research designation inducts the ERP system''s The Chung Hung Steel Corporation is case study, by questionnaire survey''s way, plans to seek the ERP application the degree and the connotation to the ERP benefits influencing factor discussion. This research strategy is mainly carries on the questionnaire survey by the case study way, the findings discovered that the ERP application the degree affects the ERP benefits the factor, the summary is as follows: In order to carry out the education and training, the guest makes highly the system mold train, is the mold train number suitable rate, how much the information personnel to dispose and the information bank utilization degree, these are affect the ERP benefits the primary factor. How much and disposes and the information bank utilization degree take the information personnel as the most material effect factor. By the findings knew that length of the system mold train political line time will obviously not affect ERP the benefits, therefore the ERP political line can promote enterprise''s competitive advantage immediately by no means that but how will be the enterprise using the ERP system, will be displays the ERP system proper effect and the value key.
