| Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 95 === In order to cope with the rapid global changes, the expeditious Internet, the new patterns of economic development, it is imperative to use a perspective of the future competitiveness , hence the contents of the perceptive economic era based on the constructive information technology, a capital expenditure, the innovation, production and distribution of the knowledge has quietly come. In addition, the technology and knowledge plays an important role in the economic growth, for instance, many countries enhance the development of science and technology, also actively construct knowledge management system to strengthen enterprises in the global market competitiveness. It is believed that to have well economic knowledge in hand equal to grasp the economy. Today, the military is also encountering the same problems such as the technical knowledge of the loss accordingly with the resignation and the retirement. How to maintain the information and documents intact is one major problem to resolve. Besides, the variety increased new equipment, updated technical documentation, reference books, constructive internal knowledge library management system, are ways to share the maintenance and development of internal knowledge resources and the establishment of a learning organization. However, how to design an effective, high quality, high productivity knowledge management system has become the major research topic for the military. This study will explore the literature, use Architecture of Integrated Information Systems (ARIS）and apply Value Added Chain Diagram(VAD) model to help a better understanding and development for the military knowledge library management system.
