Personnel staffs’ personal background is defined as independent variables and job satisfaction for personnel staffs is defined as dependent variables. And independent variables divided into two parts, “personal characters” and “job characters”. Personal characters are included such as sex, marital status, education level, age and so on four kinds; Job characters are included such as organization level, seniority, duty, position, organization scale and so on five kinds. A questionnaire survey on job satisfaction for Personnel staffs of Taiwan Power Company is conducted by a well-developed “Questionnaire of job satisfaction for Personnel staffs of Taiwan Power Company” through cluster sampling, altogether effective questionnaire 323(Accounts for 82%th complete 393 person), the obtained material picks the description statistics, the t test, the single factor variance analysis (one-way ANOVA) and so on the statistical method analyses. After the factor analysis, the job satisfaction construction surface by works originally itself, the working conditions, the salary treatment, is promoted the inspection, the manager leads, the interpersonal relationship, the further education and so on seven, selects five and names for is promoted the inspection, the relational leadership, the further education, the working conditions, the salary treatment. The results of the research are listed as follows: First, in overall aspect The job satisfaction of personnel staffs in of Taiwan power company is satisfaction. Second, in each aspect Each construction surface work degree of satisfaction mean value for the salary treatment (mean value 4.2098), the working conditions (mean value 3.8824), the relational leadership (mean value 3.7864), the further education (mean value 3.6207), is promoted the inspection (mean value 3.3800). In which to the working conditions, the relational leadership, the further education, is promoted construction surface mean values and so on inspection is above 3.0, satisfaction belongs to “satisfaction”; But the salary treatment construction surface mean value reaches above 4.0, its satisfaction belongs “satisfies extremely”. Third, in personal characters Different marital status, the education level cannot affect the work degree of satisfaction difference; The different sex, the age have the remarkable difference on the job satisfaction construction surface. Fourth, in job characters Variable aspect different organization scale in the job satisfaction, but the different organization level, the service period of service, the duty and so on, the position have the remarkable difference to the work degree of satisfaction. The research investigation result provides Taiwan Power Company and the higher authority controlling organization, works the degree of satisfaction as the promotion human affairs personnel the important reference.
