Taoyuan county's population near upon two million people and the population's proportion is equivalent high. Taoyuan's airport's speed train also started building on July of 2006. Taiwan's high speed railway completed and started working on the end of 2006. Government execute several significant policies abbreviate distance between Taipei city area and Taoyuan county. Convenience traffic will attract for people choose to live and invest real estate in Taoyuan county real estate's market. This research based on Taoyuan county 's top four population gathered cities. The purpose on this research is to find out the real estate present situation on these four cities, and interview with questionnaire surveys, acquire Taoyuan county’ experts professional opinions, and use level's method of analysis (analytic hierarchy process , AHP) decide cities’ standard and come out which regional has high standard to develop. The result could come out with the best regional development, which is Taoyuan City and second with Jung Li City、Ba-de City、Ping Jen City。
