The industries between Mainland and Taiwan will then be or-organized. Most industries in Taiwan will be the high value-added ones and the demand of efficient international transport will be strong. For air-cargo terminal operators in Taiwan, the challenges will be how to strengthen their competitive advantages. This study examines the competitiveness of air cargo terminals at Taoyuan Airport from the viewpoint of their customers, by way of importance and satisfactory measures. The results shown that the most important factor is the ‘efficient and high quality service’. The service items needed to be improved urgent are the ‘management of warehouse employee’ and ‘abnormality in the operation’. The findings of this study could help air cargo terminal operators to find their weakness in service quality and furthermore, strengthen their competitive advantages.
