Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 化學工程系碩士班 === 95 === Conjugated polymers are one of the important organic semiconductors material, which were used for light emitting diodes, photovoltaics, filed emission transfer, thin film transistor etc. The research program that forms the basis of this thesis has been directed towards the design, synthesis, and physical characterization of a well-defined conjugated polymer. It attempts to provide answers to the questions of how such materials can be synthesized and processed of polymeric materials. Three classes of luminescent π-conjugated polymers are investigated herein - poly(3-alkylthiophene)s (PATs), poly(9,9`-dialkylfluorene) (PFAs), and their copolymers. Their structure-property relationships were studied by thermal properties. Alternating and random poly(fluorene-co-thiophene)s were prepared with 2,5- thiophene linkages. The type of thiophene linkage had a dramatic effect on the emission color - from UV emitting from blue to orange - while little effect was observed for the emission wavelength. Molar ratio of thiophene and fluorene were given color tuning opportunity, effect on thermal stability either.
