To protect the copyright and ownership of those documents, digital watermarking is often used to prevent the illegal duplication. In recent years, a series of subsampling based watermarking schemes have been proposed. In 2005, Lu et al. proposed a permutation attacking algorithm which can effectively destroy the watermarks are embedded by this kind of schemes. In 2007, Pan et al. proposed a phase perturbation attack method to attack the phase shift keying based watermarking schemes. After attacking, the watermark cannot be extracted correctly. In resisted permutation attack method, we proposed to embed the watermark information into the average value of the of the DWT coefficients of the subimages. In resisted phase perturbation attack method, we proposed an approach by combining two watermark schemes to achieve the goal of resisting the attack of phase perturbation at the method. Experiment results show that our scheme can resist both the permutation attacking and phase perturbation attacking effectively, and the PSNR value of the watermarked image is also very high.
