Group Model Building is a system dynamics modeling which proesses in a client group that is deeply involved in the process of model construction. In Group Model Building, System dynamic researcher usually acts this facilitator. This paper is to create a information system to support Group Model Building, and refer to a process of modeling for it. It finds out the decision maker’s cognition process and group mental model. This paper presents a model transformation between Causal loop diagrams and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams) to support Distributed Information System. This paper uses the Decision/Action Equtation to facilitate self-examination of decision, and discovers interaction of decision makers.
