The survey analysis subjects are the sales of travel agencies. In the study, several multivariable statistic methods were applied, including factor analysis, analysis of variance, t-test, pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis, path analysis and so on. The major finding are: (1)Job stress has a positive relationship to job burnout. (2)Job stress has a positive relationship to turnover intention. (3)Job burnout has a positive relationship to turnover intention. (4)Job burnout has a mediate effect between job stress and turnover intention. (5)There are significantly differences in demographics such as gender, age, education degree and marriage. Job stress and job burnout have very high explain to variance of turnover intention. The finding provides business managers when they try to manage and prevent employees’ turnover, they can alleviate employees’ job stress and job burnout to decrease employees’ turnover intention and turnover behavior will reduce.
