碩士 === 立德大學 === 科技管理研究所 === 95 === This research’s purpose is to probe into the key success factors for foreign enterprises of medical devices in operating development in Taiwan. The result shows, although the most important eight variables are the major profitable resource to foreign medical device enterprises, but in the long development, it still counts on the innovative product of high-added value and heterogeneity to set up its benefitable market. The seven critical successful factors are the medical/patient value, factory/team support, distributors, relationship marketing, brand/service, enterprise’s culture, information/public welfare platform. In the professionals interviews, the Influencing factors of relationship marketing to the buyers shows that keeping guarantee and widely understanding the buyers’ requests to relationship marketing in product lifespan will become a critical key on the relationship establishment, sustainment and management on both parties.
