Summary: | 碩士 === 立德大學 === 休閒管理研究所 === 95 === The primary objective of this thesis is to perform a research of learning motivation and benefit cognition for the members in Vocational Training Institutes, which takes civil bartenders training organization in Tainan County as example. The research discusses the learning motivation of trained students for the restaurant courses supported by government and the benefit after the learning for themselves. With the growing of recreation industry, market of restaurant has developed rapidly so that a large amount of requirement for human resources talented in food and beverage is needed. However, under a high unemployment rate and with well academic background competition is intense. It also presents the importance of professional ability. Therefore, the authorities comment related courses to vocational training institute to promote citizen skill in food and beverage so as to increase employment rate. Nevertheless, there is no any assessment mechanism to trace effect spectrum for the aforementioned training courses. To release the drawbacks this thesis first studies the learning motivations of the vocational training courses authorized by the government and then, assesses the learned results whether the anticipations are achieved.
