| Summary: | 碩士 === 立德大學 === 資源環境研究所 === 95 === The decline in agricultural and other forms of rural employment in many countries has created a need for a diversified range of rural businesses. In most cases, agritourism has become an important element of the diverse activities in rural areas of Taiwan. The spirit of leisure farming grows the third environment by focusing on agricultural production, life, ecology, combine the leisure, the form of sightseeing actions, fully utilize the resources of agricultural environment, create limitless life for countryside. However, there are a number of significant impacts from tourism activities that can be influenced by agritourism policy.
The research selected Guan-miao Township in Tainan county, in accordance with ideas of leisure farming development with the local residents. The paper is divide into three frames, the parts are demand of leisure farming、benefits of leisure、environmental literacy. The research is used a way with questionnaires, design with Likert 5-point scale, in order to understand the local residents’ hopes and opinions to
develop leisure farming in area, and understand the local residents’ level of environmental literacy.
The questionnaires are dispatched to 850 portions at all, deducting 34 invalid questionnaires, there are 816 questionnaires with validity. The retrieved questionnaires are analyzed with SPSS, the results are provided for the related to government organizations to refer to developing leisure farming.
According to the result of statistics, the residents of Guan-miao are in order to take possession of relaxing after work and take knowledge about nature for benefits of leisure by developing leisure farming. They hope use the special farm commodities and culture to develop for the demand of leisure farming. Because the environmental literacy is positive to the demand of leisure farming and benefits of leisure, the residents’ fraction of Guan-miao are lower, it’s need the locally government help to promote the environmental literacy.
Direct against local peculiar agricultural product resources, this research proposes planning and assessing the key type. Plan relevant resources to have farms that breed nature of teaching, Let no matter locality or other places come visitor that participate in, Relevant ecological knowledge that on one hand is wanted to obtain, on one hand can also experience the life in the countryside. This three research heavy to construct surface each other appear positive correlation, so the level of local's environmental accomplishment, view that will influence it to the agricultural demand of local recreation and the demand for the recreation benefit. There are positive relations between demand and recreation benefits formed that the locality develops recreation agriculture so set about with the promotion of environmental accomplishment in order to impel local development demand, recreation of agriculture with develop desirable recreation benefit can fix further, work that proposing the county government to the school educate knowledge and teach first in relevant units, and then the office grants the file book that teaches of knowledge and offers the each household to read in every village in order to promote the local's environmental accomplishment.
